The Baby Jays pattern is a bit on...Love the socks!! The Baby Jays pattern is a bit on the vague side and assumes you know how to cast on for a toe up sock and how to do a short row heel. Knitty has a great tutorial somewhere all about toe up socks if you need help but the Baby Jays are so much quicker than big ones!
